Since it deals with hundreds, if not thousands of people daily, it should consider increasing it's office size, it's counters and at the same time increasing their manpower. I'm sure the government have plenty of resources for that. Furthermore, Sarawak has plenty of qualified school leavers and college graduates who are unemployed. To support their 1Malaysia concept, they should seriously consider improving their services to the people.
