Notis Panggilan Temusiasat from JPJ, Bintulu

On 18-10-2010 Monday, I received a "Notis Panggilan Temusiasat" from JPJ, Bintulu.   It was regarding my heavily tinted Wira.   Somebody spotted it along Jalan Abang Galau around 10:47 on 12-10-2010, which was a Sunday and made a report/official complaint to JPJ about it.   I admit I was driving it, no doubt.   Not to worry, before the expiry of the notice period, I will take the tinted off, not a big deal.

However, I have only 2 concerns about the whole affairs:

1.   I admire the efforts of the complainant complaining about my tinted Wira and he/she has the time to spend doing the complaints.   Wouldn't it be more worthwhile if he/she spend his/her valuable time with his/her family or doing more beneficial things than complaining about my tinted Wira.   What benefits did he/she get by his/her act.   He/she must be enjoying doing this.   Not to worry, God is fair as he/she will have his/her day.

2.   I would love to see JPJ enforcement officers going round the towns writing car registration numbers of tinted cars and send the notifications to the owners, like they did to me.   It would be a more harmonious country to live in if they really do their jobs instead of abusing powers laid upon them and being "pilih kasih".   Pilih kasih happens every now and then amongst JPJ personnel, be it in the office or on the road amongst enforcement officers.  If someone is their close friends, they would get special treatment in their offices and will be saman-proof on the road.   And of course not to forget the elements of "I help you, you help me".   This is truly a Malaysian cultures, I am proud to be a Malaysian.
